Despite its relatively small size (400 km from North to South), Taiwan has everything it takes to be a dream destination: its varied landscapes between mountains, beaches, forests and small islands, its extremely warm and welcoming population, its surprising gastronomy (in the good sense of the term of course!) and its delicious atmosphere, a sort of mix between the end of the world and aboriginal and Chinese influences…
What separates Taiwan from other Asian countries is the plurality of its identity: sometimes Chinese, sometimes aboriginal or even Japanese in places, Taiwan offers ever-changing faces depending on the regions visited. And despite the presence of large cities, a trip to Taiwan always gives this sweet impression of being cut off from the reality that was ours, of being in another world that invites exploration and to be guided by our own senses: the discovery of a hot spring in the mountains, the aromas of the restaurants that invade the streets, the solemnity of the temples… Visiting Taiwan is going there for the first time by chance and returning for love.
