Kenting Presentation
Located at the southern tip of the country, Kenting and its National Park (the oldest in the country) attract crowds during holiday periods (mainly summer) and other holidays and festivals. The rest of the time, the region is much quieter. With its golden beaches, turquoise waters, green hills, small villages and fishing ports, Kenting has everything of a dream destination for those looking for exoticism. All you need to do is rent an electric scooter (the region is very environmentally conscious) and exploring the area will be very simple! Be careful though: Kenting has neither a train station nor an airport. The easiest way is to travel to Kaohsiung or Taitung by plane or train and then take a bus to Kenting.
Interesting things to do in Kenting

Baisha Beach 白砂灘
Far from busy areas, this beach is very quiet. The sand is soft and fine, and the water is clear. Although the beach has gained popularity in recent years (The Odyssey of Pid’Ang Lee was filmed here), Baisha remains much less crowded than the rest of the park and other beaches.
